Type of Law: 100% Smoke-free Workplace and Enclosed Public Places. All enclosed public places and all enclosed places of employment, including all enclosed city and county owned facilities.

Where smoking is not prohibited: Primary residence except when used as childcare, adult day care or health care facility; private clubs organizations expect when open to the public.
